The annual Kagyu Monlam has recently concluded in Bodhgaya. The Monlam was attended by His Holiness Karmapa, Shamar Rinpoche, Jamgon Kongtrul Rimpoche and many other Kagyupa lamas. The Monlam also marked the 900th anniversary of the birth of the first Karmapa, Düsum Khyenpa.
