Join us for a warm welcome, tea and coffee and a friendly chat followed by thirty minutes of calm abiding meditation.

Many of us lead busy and sometimes stressful lives. Meditation helps us to slow down the continual chatter of our thought and find calmness and peace. With practice we can also begin to discover the natural clarity of our mind.

The meditation sessions are about 30 minutes long and guidance is provided for those who are new to meditation.
