Introductory classes consisting both of a short talk on different aspects of Buddhism and an introduction to Buddhist meditation, followed by an opportunity for questions and answers and refreshments. The classes are designed for those who are new to Buddhism and the Sakya tradition. Newcomers are always welcome.
