There is also currently a project underway at Kagyu Ling to further develop its facilities.

Classes

Kagyu Ling runs weekly meditation sessions on Wednesday evenings at 8.00pm and Saturday mornings at 11.00am.

These weekly meditation sessions consist of an initial period of calm abiding meditation with full instructions for newcomers.

This is followed by a second session of reflective meditation which will focus on one of the essential topics of the Buddha's teachings.

All are then welcome to stay for tea.

Facility fee: £3.00/£2.00 concessions.
