Facility fee:£5/£3 concession, per session Study GroupsTuesdays evenings at 8:00 pm At the study group, students who have received textual teachings from the Lama meet to reflect on and study the texts together. Texts currently being studied are “The Instructions of the Supreme Siddhas” by Situ Tenpe Nyinjay recently taught by Lama Jampa Thaye at the Shedra 2009 and “Discriminating the Three Vows” by Sakya Pandita taught at Changlochen in summer 2008. Tibetan Language DaysDates to be announced for 2010 These days will give people an opportunity to revise and extend their knowledge of Tibetan. Sessions will focus on both the alphabet and basic vocabulary and grammar, with reference to commonly used Buddhist prayers. Newcomers are welcome. Facility fee; £10/£5 concession, per day. |
