Note: Heslington Village Hall is behind Sinclair's Estate Agents.
The York group has been meeting since 2006 and is part of the Kagyu Buddhism Yorkshire network. It maintains a programme of meditation and instruction for those new to Buddhism. These sessions are led by experienced instructors and provide an excellent introduction to the key aspects of Buddhist teaching and its basic meditation methods.
Please note: there will be no classes during August
