The Leeds group has been meeting since 1995 and is part of the Kagyu Buddhism Yorkshire network. It maintains a programme of meditation and instruction for those new to Buddhism. These sessions are led by experienced instructors and provide an excellent introduction to the key aspects of Buddhist teaching and its basic meditation methods. Newcomers are welcome at any time.
Please note: there will be no classes during August
Facility fee: £4 per session.
