The Ilkley group has recently been formed as part of the Kagyu Buddhism Yorkshire network. The introductory classes consist of a guided meditation with a talk and discussion to explore how the teachings of Lord Buddha are there to guide us in our 21st century lives.

Please note: there will be no classes on 12th, 19th and 26th August
