Teachings on Rain of Clarity and Initiation of White Mahakala

10.30 - 13.00: Teachings on Rain of Clarity

Rain of Clarity - the stages of the path in the Sakya tradition is a guide to the entire Buddhist path based on the key Buddhist teachings of the Sakya school.  It is described by His Holiness Sakya Trizin as “a gateway into Buddhist spiritual thought”.

“Through this Buddhist teaching the student receives a full blueprint of entering the path, keeping the vows, maintaining motivation, leading a better and more virtuous life, and finally a way to liberation.”

14.30 - 16.30: Initiation of White Mahakala

White Mahakala or Gönkar the ‘Great White Lord’ is a powerful protector of those practising the Vajrayana. This practice is also efficacious in bringing about prosperity for the furtherance of the holy Dharma.
