Kagyu Shedrup Ling Buddhist Group Liverpool
Weekly meditation classes provide an introduction to two types of Buddhist meditation. The class initially engages in guided calm-abiding meditation through which we can develop a stable, clear and peaceful state of mind. The reflective meditation consists of a brief explanation of a key Buddhist topic, followed by a period of individual contemplation.
Kagyu Shedrup Ling was established in 1983. Numerous teachings have been bestowed at the group by Lama Jampa Thaye and Karma Thinley Rinpoche and a regular programme of meditation classes is offered to the public.
Kagyu Shedrup Ling is administered by Kagyu Dechen Buddhism, Charity number 1145791.
